About Mrs. Natalie Tolbert

I am honored and excited to enter my twenty-second year teaching at Waterford Union High School. My experiences before and during my tenure at WUHS have fostered my continued passion for education and shaped me as an individual.

I grew up in Mukwonago, and in 1998 received my Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.  In 2004, I earned my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Throughout my time at WUHS, I have worked with students as a student council advisor, softball coach, and forensics coach in addition to teaching many courses.

I have experience in teaching English 9, Honors English 9, American Literature, Multicultural Literature, Composition, Honors Composition, Speech, and Advanced Communications.  Serving as an adjunct PIE professor for UW Whitewater, I also teach College Freshman English 101 and College Intro to Speech.

Outside of school, I spend time with my husband, daughter, and son.  When I am not watching them compete in their athletic endeavors, I enjoy photography and reading as well as spending time outdoors, exploring trails around the state and UP.
